What sets All American Vinyl Apart?

We have worked in the vinyl fencing industry in Utah since 1980 using the best quality vinyl available. We are committed to satisfying our customers. We have an excellent "word-of-mouth" reputation although we do not get a lot of repeat business since our fences don't need replacing. Our tested "monster" 8" rail is terrific selling point, it looks great and can span 8 feet between posts if needed, with out steel reinforcement.

How long has your vinyl supplier been in business? In other words, will my warranty actually mean anything down the road?

Peak Profiles is a division of Lindford Glass, a well-respected company that has been in Utah for over 40 years. They intend to stay around, backing up the products they sell. Their experience with vinyl put them ahead of the pack in developing our window-grade fence vinyl, the highest grade vinyl on the market.

What is the wind load of your fence?

This is a simple question with a not-so-simple answer. There is not an industry standard for wind load testing, as the number and choice of rails used, distance between posts, deepness of slat pockets, installation details, etc...all play a part in determining wind load testing. We can assure customers, however, that our most popular fence, as installed by us handles in-ground wind loads of well over 90 miles per hour. We have the ability to up this number considerably if needed; however, we can safely say we have never had a fence blown down, and we have installed fences in some of the windiest canyons in Utah.

Do your fences include steel?

A steel insert in a small (5.5" or less) rail that spans over 6 feet is not a bad idea. However, it is a good to keep in mind that steel adds to the weight of the fence, and steel does and will sag if cut too long, and steel has the further disadvantage of rusting down the road. We custom design our fences and can insert steel in your rails, but we recommend instead that our sturdier rail with closer post spacing be utilized. Our gage posts are all fitted with an internal steel post which ads strength and stability for attaching hinges.

Any other reason I should choose you over the competition?

Our prices are low, our quality high, and we welcome the opportunity to match bids for comparable material. We believe in maintaining a close relationship with our customers throughout the installation process. Our average installation time is considerably shorter than that of most of our competitors; in fact, a number of customers come to us each year after they get fed up with waiting for their fence from someone else.

Do you have financing? How does your payment schedule work?

We offer 3 or 6 month "same as cash" financing on approved credit, no down payment necessary. Otherwise, we take half down at the time the fence contract is signed, with the balance due on final material pick-up and/or installation. We accept all major credit cards.

What types of fencing do you offer?

It is vinyl, we do it. Privacy, lattice-top, picket-top, ornamental-iron look, scalloped picket, ranch rail, etc... are some examples. We offer fencing in white and tan. Our brand and color of tan is specified in most "tan only" community restricted fences. This is a versatile landscape blending tan, that matches well with beige or grey.
